Clear rules on cancellations, partial delivery and refill guarantees.
Cancellations
Any order that has not started processing can be cancelled instantly from your Orders page. The full amount returns to your CLIVED balance within seconds.
Partial delivery
If an order stops before completion, the undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your balance at the original per-unit rate.
Refill guarantee
Services marked with a refill badge include a guarantee window of 15 to 90 days. Submit a refill request from the order detail page and it is processed automatically.
Non-refundable cases
Orders placed with an incorrect or private link, or on accounts changed to private mid-delivery, cannot be refunded. Always double-check your link before confirming.
Deposits
Balance added to your account is spendable on any service and never expires. Deposits are not returned to the original payment method.
